We love love love our RD!!! She did a sanitation audit today in the kitchen with FSD and infection control nurse, great results and learning experience all around…so happy she is part of our team.
Just wanted to let you both know what an outstanding job the RD did this week during our early annual DOH survey. Angelina was a true asset to the department and center team. She stepped up and headed down to the kitchen to try to resolve any issues in advance of the kitchen tour. She led the surveyor through the kitchen tour, helped out in the supervision of meal service on the units and of course, had no nutrition related deficiencies.
