NutraCo

A Message from our Dietetic Internship Faculty

The NutraCo Dietetic Internship, in collaboration with our parent organization, NutraCo, is committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Our company values represent expectations of how we work together to serve our students, clients and patients in which all involved can prosper.

We are prepared to address diversity in dietetics, and to ensure our interns are fully prepared to serve diverse communities by making the following adjustments to our program:

Evaluating our curriculum on an ongoing basis to ensure it provides appropriate training for interns regarding diversity, equity and inclusion.

Reaching out to DPD programs and graduate degree programs that serve a large percentage of minorities including, but not limited to the African American, Hispanic and Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander populations.

Incorporating cultural humility and inclusion discussions within our intern group meetings.
